Dear partners and supporters of the Inclusive Apprenticeships project. We are delighted to share the latest updates and progress in our project dedicated to promoting inclusive apprenticeships. Our project continues to evolve, and your involvement and contributions are essential to its success.
Recent project progress
We have made significant strides in developing the training program for company mentors who work with apprentices from disadvantaged backgrounds. The most recent and important document produced so far is the Concept Design.
The Concept Design document is a comprehensive guide for developing the training program content for apprentices.
It includes:
- Introduction and Training Framework:
Presentation of learning objectives and expected outcomes, as well as the structure and scope of the program.
- Module Structure and Objectives: Detailed description of the modules, including topics covered, learning objectives, expected outcomes, and time required to complete each module.
- Co-Creation Guidelines: Instructions for partners involved in content development, ensuring consistency and quality of the training materials.
- Module Examples: Examples of introductory pages, lessons, assessment pages, and additional resources for each module.
Transnational Meeting in Sofia
On May 9-10, 2024, the second transnational partners’ meeting took place in Sofia, Bulgaria, hosted by INTEMPORE EOOD. This meeting brought together representatives from Romania, Austria, Bulgaria, and Greece. The agenda included detailed presentations on the current status of the project, discussions about the e- learning platform, and the dissemination plan. We also covered quality assurance and risk analysis associated with the project. It was an excellent opportunity to validate our concept and plan short-term actions.
