This assignment will hlwp you craft questions that encourage apprentices to explore both their work-related skills and life experiences, revealing strenghts that may not be immediately apparent.
By asking the right questions, you can uncover hidden talents, forest self-reflection, and help apprentices recognize their full potential. Use the set of questions you create to guide meaningful conversations that helpidentify strenghts and skills that may be useful in their future careers.
