An on-the-job-support plan is a structured approach designed to help employees as well as apprentices effectively perform their job duties, particularly during challenging transitions, when they are new to a role, or when they need additional assistance. Such a plan can be very helpful tool when it comes to creating a work-based learning (WBL) environment, which is inclusive.
