Through this module company mentors will learn how to plan the necessary resources to support apprentices with fewer opportunities or experiencing some form of disadvantage. The module introduces company mentors to the roles and responsibilities of the main parties (company management, mentor and apprentice) during the apprenticeship and provides them with guidance on how to define and secure additional support for supporting apprentices with fewer opportunities or experiencing some form of disadvantage. The module also provides mentors with guidance on how to develop an effective company training plan required for supporting apprentices with fewer opportunities or experiencing some form of disadvantage.
