  • Outcome: develops analytical and critical thinking skills by encouraging apprentices to break down complex problems and devise effective solutions.

Problem-Solving Workshops: organize workshops where apprentices work in teams to solve complex problems.

  • Each group presents their solution and reasoning to the rest of the participants.
  • Facilitate discussions on different approaches and solutions, highlighting effective problem-solving strategies and critical thinking.
  • Outcome: enhances collaborative problem-solving skills and encourages critical evaluation of various strategies.

Root Cause Analysis: teach apprentices to identify the underlying causes of problems.

Scenario-Based Simulations: create realistic scenarios where apprentices must apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Simulate scenarios like crisis management or resource allocation, and have apprentices develop and present their solutions.
  • Outcome: prepares apprentices for real-world challenges by simulating complex situations.
