Example 1
Some years ago, 36 companies including Bosch launched the “Wir zusammen” (together) project. Today, the initiative counts more than 200 members. The companies aim to make it easier for refugees to enter the German labour market, gain access to occupational training, and become full members of society. The program offers internships, apprenticeships, and other qualification programs such as language lessons. The “Wir zusammen” initiative lists the integration projects of its members in an online platform. In so doing, it acknowledges the commitment of participating companies, while at the same time showing positive examples that can motivate other companies to take part.
